Hunan Stir Fry With Beef (Lean Cuisine)

This yummy dish has a great flavor without too much spice. It's a retooled recipe. The bad: I wish there was more beef. The good: the flavors are perfect. It has broccoli and edamame (AKA soybeans) for veggies, which mixed with the rice and sauce taste really good. At first, in my ignorance, I thought it contained lima beans, which I detest (and really, they do look an awful lot alike), but the soybeans have a very light flavor. It also has brown rice, which give the dish even more bite.

It's 270 calories and 7 grams of fat. You may want to also have a piece of fruit or salad to go with it, but it's surprising filling. I followed it up with a 100 calorie pudding cup (YUMMY!) and had a great lunch.
